What is ClearSleep® ?

ClearSleep® is Metron’s revolutionary, triple-patented, sleep aid. Its formula is based on water-soluble zeolite functioning as a carrier of L-Tryptophan and AlphaWave® L-Theanine.

What is zeolite clinoptilolite?

Zeolite clinoptilolite (sodium aluminosilicate), a mineral formed over time after volcanic lava meets sea water, has the capability to function as carrier of other molecules.

Why is L-Tryptophan contained in ClearSleep® ?

L-Tryptophan is a natural amino acid contained in food. In our body L-Tryptophan is part of the “sleep biochemical pathway” as follows: L-Tryptophan is metabolized to Serotonin, and then Serotonin is metabolized to Melatonin. Once the Melatonin concentration is built up in the brain, we feel the need to sleep. Please read the relevant section of the three US Patents for ClearSleep®.

Serotonin and Melatonin are regulated as drugs in many countries around the world (not in the US). Providing L-Tryptophan to the body is a 100% natural way to gently trigger the “sleep biochemical pathway”.

Why is AlphaWave® L-Theanine contained in ClearSleep® ?

AlphaWave® L-Theanine is a very well-studied natural ingredient. In 2021 a Randomized, Triple-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Crossover clinical study confirmed the stress-reducing effect of AlphaWave® L-Theanine.

Can I use ClearSleep® as a detox product?

No! ClearSleep® is a sleep aid. The water-soluble zeolite in ClearSleep® functions only as a carrier of L-Tryptophan and AlphaWave® L-Theanine.

Why is it important that the zeolite in ClearSleep® is water-soluble?

All non-water-soluble zeolite powders and all zeolite suspensions made by non-water-soluble zeolite powders cannot be absorbed. The water-soluble zeolite in ClearSleep® is the only zeolite that can “be loaded” with L-Tryptophan and L-Theanine, be absorbed in the gut, and deliver these excellent ingredients in a very efficient and gentle way.

What makes ClearSleep® unique?

When and how should I take ClearSleep® ?

As it is stated on the ClearSleep® label.
The ClearSleep® label states 1-2 ml every night with 3 oz. glass of water, 1-3 hours before sleep, but each one of us has our own habits and needs.

You need to determine two things: (1) the time to take ClearSleep®, and (2) the exact dose of ClearSleep®that works best for you.

Here is how you can find your optimum time to take ClearSleep®:

If your problem is to get into sleep, it is usually better to take ClearSleep® 2-3 hours before going to bed.

If you can get easily into sleep, and your problem is to stay asleep, it is better to take ClearSleep® 30 minutes before going to bed.

Be patient! You may need a few days to discover your optimum time to take ClearSleep®, and your optimum ClearSleep® dose.

To find your optimum ClearSleep® dose you can do the following:

You can start taking 2 ml and if you are satisfied with the result, then after a couple of days taking it, you can reduce it to 1.5 ml. If you don’t have the same good result as before, then increase the dose back to 2 ml. Your optimum ClearSleep® dose is 2 ml.

If you have a good result with 1.5 ml, keep taking 1.5 ml ClearSleep® for a couple of days and then reduce the dose to 1 ml.

If you don’t have the same good result as before, then increase the dose back to 1.5 ml. Your optimum ClearSleep® dose is 1.5 ml.

If you have the same good result as before, then your optimum ClearSleep® dose is 1 ml.

Can I take ClearSleep® on its own without 3 oz. of water?

No! ClearSleep® must always be taken with 3 oz. of water.

What is the color, taste, or smell of ClearSleep® ?

ClearSleep® is a transparent liquid. The vitamin C is in excess in ClearSleep®, and for this reason, in the sealed or opened bottle overtime a light yellowish tint may be present. This is normal and does not affect the overall quality and effectiveness of ClearSleep®. Taste and smell may be different from individual to individual. As ClearSleep® is preserved with Potassium sorbate, some individuals notice an “fruity” odor and taste in ClearSleep®.

Can I take ClearSleep® as nasal spray, or mouth spray for sublingual absorption?

No! ClearSleep® is a dietary supplement intendent to be taken by mouth.

In the US, dietary supplements are regulated by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”). This is the law.

The FDA designation for dietary supplement is limited to products that: (1) are intended for ingestion in tablet, capsule, powder, softgel, gel capsule, liquid, or certain other forms; (2) are not represented as conventional food or as the sole item of a meal or of the diet; (3) are labeled as dietary supplements.

The “certain other forms” cannot include sublingual or topical/transdermal products intended to enter the body through the skin or mucosal tissues. Therefore, a nasal spray, or a sublingual spray could never be lawfully marketed as a dietary supplement in the United States.

Why is ClearSleep® preserved?

Because it is required by the law!

What is the preservative in ClearSleep® ?

It is Potassium sorbate; one of the most used preservatives for food, wine, and dietary supplements. Potassium sorbate is safe and effective to protect food, wine, and dietary supplements from a wide variety of microorganisms, yeast, and mold.

It is required by the FDA that the efficacy of the preservative to protect the liquid dietary formulation is tested, proven, and documented. The specific test used is the USP <51> (Antimicrobial Effectiveness Test). ClearSleep® preserved with Potassium sorbate passes the FDA-required Antimicrobial Effectiveness Test.

To avoid contamination do not touch the pipette to the glass of water or with your fingers for any reason.
