You may need a few days to discover your optimum time to take ClearSleep\u00ae, and your optimum ClearSleep\u00ae dose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To find your optimum ClearSleep\u00ae dose you can do the following: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can start taking 2 ml and if you are satisfied with the result, then after a couple of days taking it, you can reduce it to 1.5 ml. If you don\u2019t have the same good result as before, then increase the dose back to 2 ml. Your optimum ClearSleep\u00ae dose is 2 ml. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have a good result with 1.5 ml, keep taking 1.5 ml ClearSleep\u00ae for a couple of days and then reduce the dose to 1 ml. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don\u2019t have the same good result as before, then increase the dose back to 1.5 ml.
